Tonsley Innovation District has certainly grown quickly in a short space of time and with it the needs of the clever business drawn to the MAB and other likeminded innovative people.

Collectiv Workspaces opened T8 in 2020 with no tenants and did not have any pre commitment before construction. Such was the belief in the MAB we felt that ‘Build it and they will come’. That they did.

At or near 100% always, T8 offers the flexibility for start-ups to grow to small businesses and move on to bigger things, T20 will be the next launch pad for those business who are reaching for the next big step.

T20 will offer over 2,000sqm spread over two levels and 17 sperate tenancies. However, T20 will be clever with the use of its space allowing businesses to grow.

Our tenancies will provide the business to grow up, that’s right, up!

The design of the spaces will allow for a business to move into the tenancy above, or below them, if vacant therefore keeping staff together. This provides a starting space of 150sqm and expand to 320sqm.

T20 will also be a secure site with personal credential access only provided to and managed by the businesses themselves keeping a feeling of control in and around your business.

Along with GigCity internet, end of trip facilities and a luxury kitchen meals & alfresco space, T20 will be a new level of workspace for the Tonsley Innovation District.
