Completed in 2020, ‘T8’ has successfully offered 44 individual tenancies ranging from 12 sqm to 200 sqm. Each space has Gig- City high speed fibre internet which is helping established and start-up businesses grow.

Our community enjoys a private, modern kitchen & dining haven to have a break and recharge or stop for a coffee and chat with other business.

There is a staffed office for the T8 community who host monthly networking lunches where business introduce themselves and their services.

On Tuesday, 5th of February 2008 the future of Mitsubishi was decided. The loss of 1,000 jobs was the beginning of a nationwide decline of car manufacturing and a signal that traditional Australian manufacturing was no longer able to compete on a global scale. This left a large piece of infrastructure vacant needing a new future.

The Collectiv Group is part of this future with our first development, T8. As part of the innovation precinct, T8 provides creative environment for start-ups and established business to work and collaborative together.

Commencing in 2023, Collectiv Workspaces will begin construction of our new secure Innovation hub, ‘The Vault. (Placeholder Name)

Off the success that T8 has brought to the Tonsley Innovation District, ‘The Vault’ will provide larger spaces between 150sqm to 400sqm all connected by green space with in it’s own secure development.

Offering high speed fibre to the tenancy, luxury communal amenity’s and end of trip facilities, ‘The Vault’ will be best placed to take advantage of the next generation of skilled workforce in Automation, Health, Defense, Construction and Software Development.
