We have been hard at work securing spectacular locations for our innovative Eco, self contained chalets that will be positioned through our Collectiv Retreat Group around South Australia.
Our first location is the revitalised, Wellington Private Marina.
All our accommodations have been designed and hand crafted in our state of the art manufacturing facility in Tonsley South Australia. Using in-house trades who draw on the latest in ‘Eco’ building techniques and materials, we are creating unique short stay experiences for Australian and International guests.
Wellington Private Marina
Will provide luxury cabins constructed using the innovative & eco X-Frame technology enabling the client to immerse the guest in the local environment by using finished that are influenced by areas landscape. Situated on 150 acres each cabin will be placed strategically where no cabin has a view of another.

Just 80 minutes from the CBD of Adelaide, Wellington Private Marina is the only dedicate river accommodation with exclusive private lake front access free of public river use.
Located a short ferry ride from the settlement of Wellington, you will relax in tranquil surroundings of the private lake and enjoy paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming or walks amongst the unique fauna or a short drive to Pangarinda Arboretum & Botanic Garden.
Our two floating chalets, The Cube & The Nook, will offer a different experience and immersion into the local environment.
Wellington Private Marina is continually evolving and will be offering soon new accommodation experiences of either lake front, jetty or wetland chalets where each stay will offer a new connection to the surroundings.
Ponderosa Port Elliot
Just a short forty minutes South of Adelaide, through McLaren Vale wine region then Mount Compass lies the Fleurieu Peninsula which offers South Australia’s finest coastal, scenic and food experiences.
As you approach your destination you will have passed through a world class wine region and the bountiful natural produce of blueberries, strawberries, cheese and game.
Ponderosa Port Elliot will be a jewel of the Fleurieu Peninsula by providing a short stay experience in truly magnificent surrounding.
Your accommodation will be immersed amongst Black Angas cattle and Kangaroos and as you sit out on your deck, watching the Wedgetail Eagles sore over the valley toward the Victor Harbour Bluff.
Each accommodation is unique and isolated from other chalets so you can become part of the environment.
