In 2021 X-Frame approached Collectiv Innovations to assist in bring the X-Frame philosophy to a commercial reality with the first manufacturing agreement being established in December 2021.
Identifying its features, advantages and benefits, we have been able to assist X-Frame in bringing to market a commercially proven product.
The first prestigious client secured, ANZ Bank, we have developed a modular fit out that has flipped conventional shop fit out processes on its head. What normally took 2 weeks now takes 4 days with our expert installation team and the speed of a modular product.
Modular Dwellings
During Covid our local tourism industries experienced a boom in the in short stay rental experiences facilitated through various online booking platforms.
This opened up a market for businesses to offer onsite stay experiences to offset loss of incomes and develop an ongoing new revenue stream.
Collectiv Innovations have been hard at work building new turn-key accommodation packages that suit a variety of applications from land to water

Ponderosa Port Elliot
Will provide luxury cabins constructed using the innovative & eco X-Frame technology enabling the client to immerse the guest in the local environment by using finished that are influenced by areas landscape. Situated on 150 acres each cabin will be placed strategically where no cabin has a view of another.
Wellington Private Marina
Located 1 hour drive from Adelaide, Wellington Private Marina built in 1980 is one of only a handful of private marinas with over 90 berths and is on a private lake surrounded by unique wetlands.
With two floating accommodation cabins already in place, a further 12 are scheduled for placement on the renovated jetty and wetland embankment.
