Trevor Burnett

Trevor Burnett has more than 35 years’ experience managing teams and delivering exceptional customer service.
Trevor has worked in Senior Management positions in the Facilities Services and Property industries for the past last 10 years, managing a wide range of functions from sales & business development, to finance & administration, to mergers and acquisitions.
He has also worked in several major Australian Banks and Credit Unions in a variety of Corporate Banking roles including Head of Business Banking for Australia’s second largest Credit Union and Risk Manager with Commonwealth Bank of Australia.

The Collectiv Story
As the saying goes, it’s hard to beat a person who never gives up.
Collectiv Group is the fruit of these hard-won battles of ‘lessons learnt’, now we can provide our clients with an innovative, exciting business experience.
It all began around 35 years ago with the establishment of Smith Brothers Group, where simple customer focused innovations such as, service within 24hrs, then, service within the hour!
Something which we expect these days however these innovations tipped the industry on its head leading us to fast becoming one of South Australia’s largest Plumbing and Pipeline Technology service providers.
Smith Brothers Group were also leaders with international innovations such as the first in Australia, Kroll Combination Recycler and, BIM technologies in MEP which took our involvement in hydraulic projects to new levels by enabling the creation of clash-free BIM models.
However, you can’t provide a service without people, and with the right people we can succeed, therefore over the decades we have employed hundreds of people and trained over 350 apprentices to not only give back to the industry, but to also provide the best to our customers.
In August of 2020, Collectiv Group was born with our first project for our client, T8 Tonsley. The 2,500sqm shared office space which is always near capacity provides launchpad for start-ups and small business ready to take the next step. A real community of Innovation.
