Great News from Hindmarsh Valley!

We are thrilled to announce that we have begun civil works on Ponderosa after receiving Building approval from Victor Harbour Council.

In 2020 Smith Management Group acquired a special parcel of land located on the world renown Fleurieu Peninsula called, Ponderosa.

Ponderosa is part of the Collectiv Retreats brand which will offer a multi-destination short stay experience across the state of South Australia.

In conjunction with our design professionals, we have developed five unique Chalets offering uninterrupted views of the Hindmarsh valley and towards the ‘Bluff’ at Victor harbour. Each Chalet has another key benefit, you are completely private. No other chalet has a view of another, so you can kick back and relax in your own slice of the Fleurieu.

Along with the Chalets, Ponderosa will also provide the ultimate family destination or, the ultimate luxury getaway with, ‘The Cottage’.

The Cottage is divided into two sections, ‘The Residence’ and the ‘The Retreat’.

The Residence offers a spacious, luxurious environment with gourmet Kitchen, Lounge Dining room, outdoor kitchen, and The Cottage pool with spectacular views.

The Retreat is a two level, four-bedroom, self-contained environment. The Retreat will offer a kitchen living and a bathroom on each level. However, combine the two and you have an amazing place for the family to stay.
